Important notice

Victura is a wellness and nutrition-tracking tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

Nothing in the Victura app, website, push notifications, or AI-generated content constitutes professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

1. Consult a qualified professional

Always seek the advice of your physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified health provider with questions about a medical condition, allergies, medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding, eating disorders, or before starting any diet or exercise program.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in Victura.

2. Nutrition estimates

Calorie, macro, micronutrient, and portion estimates—including those produced by AI meal scanning—are approximations. They may be incomplete or inaccurate. Victura does not warrant that logged data meets clinical standards.

3. Health platform data

If you grant access to Apple Health or Health Connect, Victura may read limited activity metrics (such as steps and active energy) on your device to enrich your experience. This integration does not turn Victura into a medical monitor and does not replace clinical devices or professional interpretation.

4. Emergencies

Victura is not an emergency service. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

5. No doctor–patient relationship

Use of Victura does not create a doctor–patient or clinician–client relationship between you and Victura.
