Victura is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
1. Minimum age
The Victura app requires users to enter an age of at least 13 during onboarding. Ages below 13 are rejected by client and server validation.
If you are 13–17, you should use Victura only with permission from a parent or guardian.
2. COPPA (United States)
Victura does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.
3. Parental notice
Parents or guardians who believe their child under 13 has provided personal information to Victura should contact support@victura.app. Include the child's registered email (if known) and request deletion.
4. No child-specific features
Victura does not offer separate child accounts or parental dashboards at this time.
